In the last 2 months Rosered 2 works are ongoing step by step. 1. Laser cut rear brake discs in wave design. Material stainless steel. With same thickness (5 mm) 180 gr. lighter than the original. Of course without ABE, i.e. without road approval. But just right for race track use. 2. This disk in combination with the aluminum CNC milled SIP (scooter innovation parts) brake caliper (which has ABE) looks quite cute. See also:

When I unpacked the massive design surprised me. The last Wilbers shock absorber generation, which I installed many years ago, fitted close into the cutout of the round intermediate piece of the engine mounting plates. Now the semicircular recess of the intermediate piece must be milled out massively, grinded out. In addition I lightened the intermediate piece slightly. 4. Oil filler screws in aluminium in different versions, partly still brutally turned out. See also:

When you are retired you even have time to prepare frame plugs (nobody will see). 7. 320 mm front brake disc in combination with a Nissin 6-piston calliper are to test the strength reserves and torsional stiffness of the fork. 8. The 69 € „cheap“ (Chinese?) aluminium water cooler with a slightly larger water volume still causes quite some headaches regarding a reasonable mounting concept. Water hoses will be in silicone. The engine’s connection nozzle already been modified. No thermostat. 9. Anderson plug connection for external power supply as starting help. Was installed by Gilera in the same way on the Piumas. 10. Steering head screw in Ducati style. 11. Additional engine ventilation connection for free breathing.

Greetings and stay healthy HP
